A COLD AND SNOWY WINTER MESSAGE

“OH, THE WEATHER OUTSIDE IS FRIGHTFUL” … Well, perhaps Dean Martin said it best so I’ll
simply follow up with a hearty MERRY CHRISTMAS.

Boating weather it’s NOT (except for some of you crazy fishermen … good luck). Things have
slowed to a creep here at the Marina, but that doesn’t mean we aren’t busy prepping for Spring 2026. Looking forward, we are expecting a very solid 2026 season beginning with the always fun CNY Boat Show at the NYS Fairgrounds. This year the show begins Thursday 2/19 and runs thru Sunday 2/22. As always, Owasco Marine will have a large display of our new
Bennington’s, Crestliner’s, Four Winns and Scarab boats available to see (and of course
purchase). Come join us, it’s a great way to break out a little “Spring Fever”.

After the show, the Marina gets sleepy again till Spring when things go from sleepy to crazy in about 2 seconds (no ramp up time, slow to go instantly). As always I’ll remind you to get your Out of Storage dates set early unless you want to be disappointed. Every year some of you call us wanting your boat “next week” and then “can’t believe” we are fully booked. Don’t be that guy!!!
Enough for now, but as always even though we are officially closed we are around and if you need something (like a new boat), just give us a call.
